DNV GL is pleased to invite you for the 1st combined Bulk Carrier (BC) and Multi-Purpose Vessels (MPV) Forum! These two segments have a lot in common, and experience man of the same operational challenges, and we are pleased to have both our Global Business Directors for these two ship segments coming to Piraeus to share the latest updates on market outlook and technology development. Special focus will be given operational challenges related to new environmental regulations, as well as design challenges related to complying with IMO2030 and 2050 goals.

DNV GL Global Business Directors for MPV, Jost Bergmann, and Global Business Directors for Bulk Carriers, Morten Løvstad, will be accompanied by Nikos Violaris, who work as s stability specialist at DNV GL Head Office in Oslo. Nikos will share his experience in numerous projects where bulkers and other vessels may increase its deadweight by increasing the draught – probably the easiest and most cost efficient way to improve both EEDI and financial performance for your vessels!
